Do Hindus worship hundreds of gods?
This one can get a little tricky to explain because the answer is sort of yes and no. Hindus only actually worship one supreme God but believe that He/She/It is so infinate and powerful that He cannot be condenced to only one description. So all the (yes hundreds) of little gods you see are actually different manifestations of one supreme being. The closest example I can think of from another religions is the Christian concept of one God who has three seperate identities as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
